Poor Dealership Ripp off May 27,2016 purchase date of my car This was my 3rd purchase from Todd Archer. I traded in a 2008 Veracruz, I put about 5k in the Veracruz over 5 months,( every repair I did on this vehicle was done at Todd Archers Dealership) the car had constant problems after I purchased it from Todd Archer 3 1/2 years ago. I needed to get rid of the Veracruz because it became a money pit. This is what was really upsetting to me, I owed 15k on the Veracruz, Todd Archer gave me 8k ( this was with rebates and $1,000 military discount I qualified under my husband) . Then to top it off I see my Veracruz on Todd Archers cash website for 21K!!! I was totally ripped off!! I went 7k upside down!!! My Veracruz was a limited very nice vehicle. I ended up with a 2017 Santa Fe Sport, which only has half of what i had with my Veracruz. II made a horrible mistake by buying this vehicle, i totally downgraded from what I had, will never buy a car from Todd archer again. To top it off, I recommended my son and daughter-in-law to Todd Archer in April, they bought a vehicle from them because I knew they would be treated right they had issues with Todd Archer to struggle with as well. Unfortunately the sales representative (Kamal?) quickly turned our positive view of the dealership around. He made wrong assumptions about my husband and I and never once stopped to check if they were correct. As a young couple it was clear he instantly assumed that I was a materialistic young woman and that clearly my husband was the breadwinner. These theories are out of date and frankly both incorrect. The fact he ran with these assumptions made us feel disrespected and annoyed. On working out I was Scottish, he also continued the sales pitch in a very bad fake Scottish accent that I did not appreciate while telling me he could get a car more 'in my colour'. My husband and I worked in Turkey for a year and their salesmen are pushy enough but we learnt to deal with them, in America, a man doing this was ridiculous. He also seemed fixed on selling us one of two cars and we weren't interested in either. In the end we left rather quickly with a very negative view of the dealership, which is unfortunate. We later bought a car from Woodhouse from a pair of excellent young salesmen who listened thoroughly and got us a great deal. We certainly did learn a lot from Todd Archer though about 'acceptable' sales techniques. More

Great Experience The dealership offered Sunday afternoon hours which was the main reason I went to Todd Archer versus other Hyundai dealerships in the area. The test The dealership offered Sunday afternoon hours which was the main reason I went to Todd Archer versus other Hyundai dealerships in the area. The test drive and vehicle review process was easy. I got a purchase price for the 2 car purchase that I was happy with. I suspect I could have negotiated an even better deal but felt that the price was fair and I liked the car buying experience at Todd Archer and wanted everyone to be happy including the dealership. The purchasing and financing process was the easiest that I had ever experienced. I had bought a new Volvo for my wife at Christmas time and wished I would have had the same low pressure straightforward experience that I experienced at Todd Archer. To be able to test drive, review, discuss, negotiate (which I did to my satisfaction), purchase and complete paperwork, then take delivery of two 2017 prepped Elantras in 3.5 hours is really impressive. As a parent I felt my two sons were getting a great, safe, economical to operate vehicle. Since I have 6 children, I know I will need additional cars and the likelihood that I would purchase them from Todd Archer is extremely high. I currently drive a Lexus and I wish the sales people their could learn from Todd Archer's staff. More

Actually enjoyed leasing a new car! We decided not to return to the dealer where we leased our last Sonata because of a very bad experience. I called Todd Archer and spoke to them, and We decided not to return to the dealer where we leased our last Sonata because of a very bad experience. I called Todd Archer and spoke to them, and was told that yes, I could turn in my present car and lease a new one through the Todd Archer dealership. We made an appointment and when we arrived, we were greeted by the salesman with whom I'd made the appointment. From selecting the next car to driving it home took about 31/2 hours, including prep time on the new car. We drove away in a nicer car than we had turned in, were pleasantly satisfied with the deal we made, and drove away happy. Can't ask for more than that. More
