Well done again. Had to return for a new vehicle a few years sooner than planned due to having my 3-year old Elantra totaled in an accident. Since we didn't need a loan I called the following day to see when we would receive th The only issue we had with the dealership is getting the title. Since we didn't need a loan I called the following day to see when we would receive the title so we could license the car. I was told 15 business days. I checked our bank and seen our check had been processed a couple days after we bought the car. We didn't receive our title after 15 business days so called the office. I didn't get the ladies name, but was told we had to wait 15 business days. (which we had). I then asked if she could see what the hold up was and she said she had the title there and would get it in the mail. I guess we expected it to have already been in the mail. My frustration was being told we had to wait 15 business days before she checked to see where the title was. Not sure she would of looked to see where it was if I hadn't asked. As for our salesperson (Michael Gold) he did an excellent job in helping us find the car we choose to purchase. He was very patient and helpful with all our questions. More
