Disagree 1st let me explain. I was initially happy with purchase however 3 business days after I was contacted stating there was an error in my financing pape 1st let me explain. I was initially happy with purchase however 3 business days after I was contacted stating there was an error in my financing paperwork. I was told I needed to come back and resign paperwork. With feeling uncomfortable I decided to return car instead. Figuring contract is null an void. Things may worked better had management not become beligerant, rude, and try intimidation tactics to force me to keep car. I left car and keys with dealership. Following day they drove car which BTW was uninsured to my home and park vehicle at bottom of my driveway. They left car unprotected with keys in vehicle. I contacted dealer management stating I am not interested nor keeping vehicle. Management threatened me with trespassing if I attempted to return vehicle. I actually had to have police escort just to drop keys and car off only to have manager call me a blatant liar. Just to note Phil did best to get best deal. Manager however is rude, threatening, and outright disrespectful. Update** Issue was resolved to satisfaction. Was contacted and able to get into a different car using original down payment for daughter. Still an apology for somethings been nice from management. More
