His first offer after seeing the sales manager was a complete joke. Jeff was very good in answering questions while on the test drive. After two or three trips to see the S/M that gentlemen came in to see if we could get the deal done. I think after he found out that I had done my homework he didn't beat around the bush. He ask me what it would take to see me a car and I told him what I would pay. He was somewhat high pressure which I detest but I finally did sign the purchase order. NO problems with Jeff, very well versed in knowing about the car. I am not the sharpest tack in the box so I have some problems with all this hi-tech stuff. Jeff did a wonderful job with nothing bad to say about him. The sales manager is another story even though he got the job done after about a half hour of going back and forth. More

Had horrible customer service. Would never recommend my friends and family go there they don't stand behind their cars. They tried to have me buy a different car, more expensive of course. Now at 50,000 it needs a new engine. The engines are back ordered from Hyundai have been without my car for over 3 weeks now. Sounds like it is going to be August before I get it back. I love making car payments on a car I cant even drive. More
