Constant nightmare with dealing with this service center. Came in for a warranty replacement of my rear glass because of leaking issue from the factory. What should of been a simple ordering and install of r Came in for a warranty replacement of my rear glass because of leaking issue from the factory. What should of been a simple ordering and install of rear glass took almost 3 months and service had no idea that it even arrived. After finally making appointment to install glass. The glass company they used shattered the existing glass and left broken shards of glass all over the interior and in bed of truck. New glass wasn’t installed flush and my bed cover clamp was broken when they removed it hence the reason why it wasn’t reinstalled and just thrown in the bed when picking up my truck. The service rep Kevin made every effort to make things right including cleaning up the shattered glass by hand but it feels like there is a severe lack of support for their employees and the companies they use could care less. I would strongly caution anyone from servicing their car here. More
