All the papers were signed and the car ordered in about an hour. Played a little bit of phone tag trying to figure out exactly when the car would be coming in so I could get my money together & my insurance in order. It took a little over a month for the car to come in which is how long I was told it would take. When I picked up the car I met with Reggie to finalize the payment and that went well. He was nice and explained everything to me including extended warranty options. Then Frank showed me every feature of my new car and made sure I knew how to work everything/turn everything on/off. I left knowing exactly what features my car has and how to operate everything. More
