When I find out coolant leaking I call to make appointment, they Dont give me appointment, they say you Don’t lease we can’t give you service, owner policy, go to that location where lease your vehicle, then how they are jeep authorities dealers?

I have tried 2 respond privately with no response at your end. I am waiting 4 parts that were suppose 2 b ordered week before last by Eric before leaving. I STILL have not received any information or update 😕 u have my email and telephone number 2 respond. I was told that parts would take up to 10 days if not before. 10 days is Wednesday 8/30. I did call parts last week but never received call back. I would hate to contact headquarters again. Awaiting your response.
