Thank you so much but unless I pursue a lawsuit - according to Bob - there ia absolutely nothing that can be done becasue I was advised that my car is "just metal" in their possesion and I should have my insurance "take care of it". I would be very interested to see how he would respond if this happened to him but that's irrelevant. This was clearly an inside job and I have been informed by many that lots of shday things go on at that dealership. Good luck!
