I'm only giving one star because one of the people I dealt with was ok. Otherwise the experience was so bad I've contacted Chrysler headquarters. This place is full of rude and disrespectful employees dealt with was ok. Otherwise the experience was so bad I've contacted Chrysler headquarters. This place is full of rude and disrespectful employees who do not belong in a customer service business. They are brusque, at best, and generally rude, hostile, and disrespectful. I do not feel that they were honest as their recommendations for service are not the same as Chrysler's. I also reached out to the dealership where I originally purchased my car and they also confirmed Chrysler's recommendation. As a result, I did not receive what I should have received in terms of where I am in my mileage - so now I have to go somewhere else to get that done. I would NEVER recommend them. EVER. I'm also contacting the Better Business Bureau, the city, and FTC. It was that bad. They are lying to customers to get them to service their car more often so they can make more money. Also, their waiting area was meager and felt old and dirty. I don't remember the names of the people I dealt with. I will say that the woman that checked me out was pleasant. More
