Still having issues with the vehicle. I’ve had to return after this visit for the same problem with the door handle and worse one that seems electrical/battery related. This is a 2021 vehicle that shouldn’t be giving battery issues especially for normal use. I waited 3-4 hours for a tow truck from Stellantis to tow my car and am still waiting for service updates from the dealer. I’ve had to, on my own, rent a car and pay for Ubers and Lyfts. I would expect the dealer to help alleviate all this and prioritize customer service by giving me a rental not have me reserve it on my own with my money. I was told that my battery would be replaced, that this whole thing would be fixed. This really isn’t what I’d expect for a leased car with Jeep. It’s frustrating and disappointing to pay hundreds of dollars a month for my leased car and get this quality of service and customer care. It’s not worth it. At the time of this writing, I’ve gotten my car back and am experiencing this issue AGAIN. It’s a pain to think that the dealer did not replace my battery, that I have to go again to get service—service that does not prioritize customer care and satisfaction. I have to lose time from work again, spend time calling another tow truck, and pay my lease again this month. No one from Chrysler Capital or Chrysler Corporate will say don’t pay due to your troubles. I haven’t even been reimbursed yet for my last 2 visits in August. I would not recommend this dealer or service department. More
