My overall experience at Bayside Chrysler Jeep far exceeded my expectations. Katie (wonderful) connected me with Turgo Tropnasse (fantastic) and thru Turgo I met Edwin Diaz (great). I will say it was a refreshing experience to work with these individuals. I’ve always felt like I had to put on a pair of boxing gloves before I entered any car dealership in the past and get ready for a stressful battle. I felt that way before entering Bayside Chrysler as well, but after a short while in the company of Turgo I felt at ease and safe to remove the gloves. Turgo was pressure free and really helped me to stay within my budget and drive away with a really nice vehicle, thanks Turgo and Edwin! Even after a short while with Bobbie in finance I felt it was ok to remove the boxing gloves and that was unexpected, but I kept them close by just in case ;). Most comfortable, respectable experience I was hesitant in going to a dealership based on my first experience. I didn't want to feel pushed, coerced or convince me into something I wasn't com I was hesitant in going to a dealership based on my first experience. I didn't want to feel pushed, coerced or convince me into something I wasn't comfortable with. I did my homework prior to actively going in. I had questions and just wanted the space to look around, then on my terms, approach someone. I did appreciate the friendly welcome once I walked in and was asked if they can help. I mentioned that I was just looking for now. They gave me the space and when I was ready, I approached Tony and he was informative. He showed me what I wanted to see, inform me of the difference and allowed me to feel my way. I left with a good feeling. Didn't feel pressured at all. I had an appointment at another Jeep location but felt I was being pressured. I was very turned off and wanted to return to my first Jeep dealer visit. After more homework, I returned with a family member and asked for Tony and asked more questions. Again, he was more informative, and didn't push any particular vehicle on me. He gave me options in the areas I wanted and told, I told him I would return and we can begin to the next step. Up to this point everything went smoothly and very with how I wanted things to go. I returned after work, and didn't realize the process was going so fast that by the time I left I was signing a contract. Still I was comfortable. Sean (Finance) searched far and wide for the particular type and color I wanted. To no avail (it wasn't an easy find), I compromised and Sean found what I wanted and with my budget that I NEEDED to stick to, Sean worked his magic and I was grinning from ear to ear. I couldn't sleep with all my excitement and how wonderful this experience has been. I was so excited to return to get my new beautiful ride. A special THANK YOU to Tony for making this such a comfortable experience and respecting my pace and not pushing me. Sean, you are truly dedicated, considerate and attentive. I would 100% recommend this particular location and group of friendly employees. More
