My car was serviced efficiently as it always is. We had an extensive repair it took 11 days. No loaner was provided had a few small issues with the parts but overall we were satisfied. The service part was fine, the problem is always the cost. Just to look at something is always $200 right off the bat. The cost to do the repairs weren’t even that expensive at an outside service statio cost. Just to look at something is always $200 right off the bat. I get that it gets applied towards the cost of the repair if you choose to do it at Jeep but what’s the point of all the technology if the dashboard indicators still need a $200 check up charge? More
