I made an appointment because I had a rear broken taillight. Told them exactly what I needed fixed and the part. I showed up on time and was told that I had a recall, and if I wanted it fixed. After waiting for a while I asked if the car was ready only to be told that they didn’t have the part. So basically the recall was done, but what I came for was not. I asked why didn’t you tell me that or have me repay the part when I made the appointment. I was told that no dealer does it that way. Unfortunately I do not deal with other dealers, every car that I have leased is from your dealership. I currently have three leased cars from you and had 3 or 4 prior to that from your dealership. I probably need to go to other dealerships to make sure that I get the same poor service. Waste of two hours. I ended up ordering the part, which came the next day, then went to my mechanic and had them install it, which took 5 minutes. I also had one of my other cars brought in, and that took two weeks because they could not get the part. No loaner car was offered. The issue wasn’t even our fault it was a defect in the car. There is no connection between Sales and the Service Center. More
