Very poor customer service for service request to fix my Jeep. Spent an hour on the phone making an appointment and the day of the appointment was told we didn't make one. Whoever is making these appointments is clearly not doing their job. Very frustrating now that I have to wait 1 week before they can take a look at what's wrong.
