I have returned three times to the service department and the issue is not fixed. Very frustrating, it doesn’t seem like the technicians understand the problem or care as they don’t test to see if problem re the issue is not fixed. I bought out my Jeep Grand Cherokee lease on 11/18/23 and worked with Bobby Martinez the Finance Manager. When we were completing the paperwork I agreed to buy the extended warranty. As I was signing the con worked with Bobby Martinez the Finance Manager. When we were completing the paperwork I agreed to buy the extended warranty. As I was signing the contract I noticed they had the incorrect mileage which I couldn't understand because they supposedly went to my truck to get the mileage. When I told him the mileage was incorrect he stated he couldn't correct it but he would send me the corrected paperwork the following day. I signed the contract in good faith. I've called many times and left several messages and he never returned my calls or sent me the corrected contract. I keep getting the run around that he's with a customer or in a meeting. It's now 12/14/23 almost a month later and this issue hasn't been resolved. I'm a very disappointed customer and need the contract that I paid $2500 for corrected. More
