The service department is extremely unorganized. This is the second time that I made an appointment weeks in advance and when I got to the dealership they told me they would not take my car because This is the second time that I made an appointment weeks in advance and when I got to the dealership they told me they would not take my car because they told me they didn’t have me on their appointment list. They had no answers for me as to why I wasn’t on the list or why this has happened repeatedly. The only reason they took my car for service was because I demanded to speak to the manager-who rushed me off and told the team to take my car. I did not receive a single apology or answer for what had happened. More
