This is my second car with this dealership and boy did they drop the ball on this one. Brand new car which I had for 2 days goes into their service department for a part, 56 days later and still not in. T they drop the ball on this one. Brand new car which I had for 2 days goes into their service department for a part, 56 days later and still not in. The owners suddenly don’t give loaner cars so I have been paying for a rent a car along with my lease payment. Enterprise loves me….The owners are so unprofessional they will not acknowledge the Lemon law instead they lie and tell you car will be done in a couple of days for nearly 2 months. I would not recommend this place to my worse enemy. More

My overall experience at the dealership was positive. Ross was friendly and easy to work with. My small critique was that I spent two nights at the dealership for a combined 5 HOURS of my time. I am fairly certain all of this could have been done in a much shorter period of time.
