I would not recommend this dealership, i have a Town & Chrysler and requested a key be programmed. After an hour of waiting they tell me that all they could do was cut the key but cannot be programmed. T Chrysler and requested a key be programmed. After an hour of waiting they tell me that all they could do was cut the key but cannot be programmed. They charged me $30, and improperly cut the key because when i tried to at least open the driver side door it did not work. When I aligned the key to the original it one side was cut correctly and the other side was not correct. So I just paid $30 for a key that does not even work to get into my car. The agent was not even honest to say they messed up and cut the key wrong, but proceeded to charge me and tell me i can get another key online worth $110. Very unprofessional. More

Understanding that they have been inundated with work and probably the lack of mechanics that are in the workforce I knew it was gonna take a while for my Jeep to be ready they were courteous professional an probably the lack of mechanics that are in the workforce I knew it was gonna take a while for my Jeep to be ready they were courteous professional answered every phone call gave me updates and honored everything I needed to get back onto the road extremely professional service it's a shame that there aren't more mechanics in the workforce however which is out of their control. Ian was great but the dealership wouldn’t let me leave with my vehicle because I came in with a CERTIFIED CHECK they wanted to wait for it to clear even after the bank verified it it was extremely inconve with my vehicle because I came in with a CERTIFIED CHECK they wanted to wait for it to clear even after the bank verified it it was extremely inconvenient especially being that I’m in a wheelchair and need the car for transportation no empathy was shown More
