Things were not done properly. After switching to another site, everything was taken care of. No concern has been addressed to me, however, when my vehicle was brought to somewhere else for checkup, my brake pad was only left with medal, but this was never brought to my attention while doing maintenance at your site. Also, oil changes were also done by your site, and it was never a problem of the hook of the front, until this time. It wasn't a problem on the other site either. VERY DISAPPOINTED! More
