I’ve had the same issue with my truck for over a year. It has been to the service center three times for a ticking noise. After having it for over a month, parts were supposedly replaced. The day after I It has been to the service center three times for a ticking noise. After having it for over a month, parts were supposedly replaced. The day after I picked it up, I noticed the same noises coming from my vehicle. I brought it back and after almost a week I was told they could not figure out where the sound was coming from but then I was told it’s supposed to sound that way. Completely contradicted themselves.The car never made this noise for the first 3 years of having it. After being a long time customer, I’m very disappointed with this service center More

Terrible experience ! ! Never again!! I towed my 2017 jeep grand Cherokee no start ! Just clicking when I tried to start it .. I was gonna trade it in for a new car 2025 ! Never again!! Told me I needed a starter and engine would cost thousands of dollars !!! They never even checked the starter .they never took the car in the shop they checked it outside .. I towed it outta there and bought it to my brothers place bayshore lincoln service , it just needed a starter.. the car runs great !! More
