The love and support I have with Bayside Chrysler jeep dodge is so great. I love the sales team there, Rosenthal fajardo is a great sales person which he should get a bigger position but, I been dealing w dodge is so great. The sales team with this dealership is great, but not the service team. The service department did not return calls when I had my previous 2020Jeep Compass for repair for unexplained thudding sounds. They service team. The service department did not return calls when I had my previous 2020Jeep Compass for repair for unexplained thudding sounds. They put me on hold for long periods of time when I called for updates. My 2020 Compass which I use to go to work everyday, stayed at the shop for 2 weeks without me receiving and not getting return calls for any update. Once, I was told that I had to pay for a repair done, a $100 more, because I had given a bad survey for the service department the last time. More
