I placed a factory order for a 2012 Ford Focus SE in May and took delivery today. The car arrived one week ahead of schedule and exceeded my expectations. James made sure I was completely satisfied with my new car purchase and provided me with a detailed tutorial which was desperately needed. Ray, the Finance Manager did an outstanding job and I couldn't be happier with the financing and the extended service warranties provided to me. The previous dealers I visited did absolutely nothing for me and I actually leased with one of the for 10 years. Went to Bay Ridge Ford on a Sunday just to look at the the new Explorer and was warmly greeted by Howard Strauss. We explained our budget and he was able to give me a few different options that fit within our price range. There was absolutely no sales pressure at all. After we left, Howard still worked to find the right car for us(2013 Ford Edge). When we went back to the dealership to pick up the vehicle, we met with Diane Lasky in the Finance Dept. Diane was also very friendly. I have purchased many cars and usually when you meet with the finance department, there is alot of sales pressure. Not with Diane. Entire buying experience from start to finish was excellent. I would highly recommend this dealer to anyone. More

I did not expect to get a vehicle the same day. Isssues arose that I couldnt take vehicle due to it being in transport mode. It had no a/c and I just want a vehicle in complete working order. Monday came and vehicle still was in transport mode and nobody could figure out why. They found me another vehicle which was the same but in complete working order so I took it. Now my phone isnt connected to the sync account which I dont really care about at this time. I just wanted a vehicle that runs. This runs very well and I love all the features. Annie in sales and Linda in finance made this expeience less stressfull with their calm and professional demeanor. Id recommend this dealership to anyone. More

Our overall experience was extremely positive. We walked in cold off the street and were greeted warmly by Marshall.
