Do not do business with bay cars First of all I would give this dealership 0 stars if I could. Never I repeat never buy a car from here! I have bought two cars before from car dealers First of all I would give this dealership 0 stars if I could. Never I repeat never buy a car from here! I have bought two cars before from car dealerships and I have never came in contact with just sneaky people. I was mislead I was taken advantage of I was lied to and I was tricked. On top of all that the car salesmen forgot to give me my Id back and there was no navigation chip in my car and I live over and hour away so he was supposed to send it to me. I texted Tim my car salesmen everyday for almost three weeks to get my id sent to me and everyday he told me he sent it the day after I bought the car. It took him three weeks before he finally admitted that it had not even been sent. It has been over a month since I have bought the car and I still do not have my navigation chip that is supposibly in the mail. My car salesmen tricked me into thinking I was getting the deal that we had agreed on the deal I signed on in the buyers order but when we got to financing and he knew I was in a rush to get to work he changed everything out from under me! He made me think I could trust him because we he already agreed on everything so I signed on it. And now come to find out he ripped me off 4000$!!! They told me they will no longer speak with me about the matter and they told me that there is nothing they will do about it and not only have they been rude and insulting but they have also yelled at me over the phone. This is hands down the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. When the sales manager called me he referred to what was going on as "buyers remorse" in no way was this buyers remorse this was getting ripped off remorse!! I will make sure everyone knows what kind of place this is and they will never get business from anyone I come into contact with and I can assure them that. More
