I took a blank check and my 2006 Commander 4x4 in to trade up for a new 2 door Willy's Wheeler ordered to my specifications. When I got there, before I ever got to the front door, the salesman lied to me about not being able to get a replacement part for a broken door handle bezel on my Commander (the only thing wrong with my vehicle) and said that the entire inner door panel had to be replaced at a cost of over $400.00. He didn't know that I already researched the item and found the replacement kit on amazon for $39.00 screws included. Then he proceeded to push a 4 door Jeep Wrangler on me (that was over priced by $4000) and said he could convert it to a Willy's by simply installing a different set of tires. I am a Jeep finatic and know there is a lot more to the Willy's than bigger tires. He then tried to rip me off by telling me that my Commander was only worth $5000 when I had already looked up the KBB trade in value on line. It's worth $8,049-$10,350. The lies and over pricing are to be expected from dealers BUT THE BIGGEST SUPRISE was that he didn't even offer to order what I came in there for. It told him that I couldn't afford it (which I could) and left the dealership extreemely disappointed in their customer service and morals. I went home and sent an email to the business owner and will not ever again offer my business to Bay Dodge! I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. STAY AWAY FROM BAY !!! Make the drive to Pensacola ! More

Ive called numerous times and "no one is available" or "they are all in a meeting" is the generic response I get. The operator is rude and unhelpful. I've contacted my salesman on his person cell and he always promises I will receive it right away but I still have not. I've had trouble getting insurance due to no lien holder address, and now my temp tag has expired and they haven't submitted any paperwork for me to obtain my official tag. Also, I have yet to receive my second key and floor mats as promised. As someone who purchases vehicles often, I can easily say this is the most unprofessional dealership I've done business with. Do yourself a favor and buy somewhere else! More
Worst sales experience... ever. I was looking to purchase a car for my fiancee. We're both gearheads (I drive a hyper modded 2014 Mustang GT) and she really wanted a Challenger SRT8. So, I go in with cash ready to just buy one outright. When my fiancee arrived, he made an off-hand comment about how a Jeep Wrangler would be better for groceries. I kinda stared at him and said, "You might not want to tell her that." We looked at the SRT8 she wanted... but time after time he made sexist remarks about women drivers and how she might better be suited to an RT or a V-6 model. Clearly we didn't connect on a professional basis. Still, she wanted the car and we sat down to talk price. We talked about a new deal that Dodge had we found on the web about a step-up lease where we lease a 2014 and buy a 2015 when they came out. Their sales manager (clearly the head village idiot in this place), runs some numbers to do with financing (he never asked for a credit app... apparently pulled some numbers out of his rear end) and came back with an absolutely ludicrous lease term (in excess of $1,000 on a 2-year lease for a car that was barely 50k with a 4k down payment). I was floored to say the least. So, I asked plainly. What's your cash price on the car? I quote the reply, "More than you can afford." We're both highly educated professionals with masters degrees (and in our mid 30s). I had a cashier's check in my back pocket for $60 grand and I did not nor would I ever spend it at that store. We drove 2.5 hours to Tallahassee and purchased one there the same day. More
