I was greeted by Omar within a few minutes and was "listened to". He was sensitive to all of the things that I wanted and did not want and worked with me through several vehicles until he felt that I was ready to test. On the drive, he pointed out all of the features and was attentive to any other questions I had. I was offered a vehicle to take home for the night and loved almost every part of it. The next morning, I was ready to drive the red turbo and was sold. I was treated with respect and felt like what I was saying was heard by all of the staff. Best experience in car buying ever! More

Some dealerships in town didn't even answer my email after talking with them. I want a dealership that is local and I can stop by to ask question or help. I feel Bay will be this place. I did talk to many ppl in town ( that was driving a Hyundi) to ask them many questions regarding their car/SUV from loving what they drove and if happy with service before I ever drove on to the lot I only got one so-so response. I asked ppl from Pier Park, in town ( stores, movie theaters and restaurants) first were they happy with the car and second did they use Bay. i didn't just use online reviews....... I felt I needed to ask ppl because anyone can say anything online. I'm Old fashion and want to get information straight from the horses mouth. Thanks to Bay Hyundai. Please don't let me down.
