CAME FOR A CAR, STAYED FOR THE DOGS! I had my very first dealership experience with Baxter Suburu this past week. I needed a car that was reliable and that could withstand the elements I had my very first dealership experience with Baxter Suburu this past week. I needed a car that was reliable and that could withstand the elements of Nebraska. My first and last stop was Baxter Suburu. A friend referred me to EJ at Baxter and within the same day, he had notified me of a used vehicle that matched what I was looking for. I went in to the dealership that same day to check out the car. From the moment I walked in, every single employee at Baxter made me feel so welcome. They offered me drinks, snacks, I even got to pet their dogs!! I had a specific budget and a list of desired features in mind. I had intended to shop around and I wasn't really planning on buying anything that day. I was very impressed with the vehicle, but EJ wanted to make sure that I was 100% happy before making any commitment. He was quickly able to find another vehicle that met all of my needs (and then some) without having to compromise on price or features. I was fully expecting to go into the dealership and have pushy salesmen who would try to make me spend way more than I was comfortable with. But EJ listened, took the time to help me, never let me feel rushed, and never tried to push anything on me or make me feel pressured to exceed my budget. We sat down and compared every option I had for financing, leasing, buying, and loan terms for multiple vehicles. He truly cared about helping us and making sure we were happy, and also seems very passionate about what he does. He really went above and beyond to make sure that all of my needs were met. The rest of the staff also made us feel equally comfortable and treated us very well. Tyler was very personable and was able to get us an amazing deal. Everyone made the process as quick and painless as possible. I had expected it would take a month or two to find the right vehicle for myself, but they made everything so easy for me. Baxter Suburu has EXCEPTIONAL customer service, and that cannot be understated!! I truly appreciate each and every one of them going above and beyond for us. I would highly recommend Suburu Baxter to anyone I know. They also have really cute dogs running around, so there's another reason to stop in.;) More

He was helpful, friendly, answered my questions with straight talk and no pressure, and let me take the car to my mechanic for a pre purchase inspection. Everything was just as Sebastian said it would be! Not only that, but it was possibly the fastest time from F&I to delivery that I've ever had too. I'll be going back there to see Sebastian for my next vehicle too! More
