The person stated that a service advisor would give me a call back to schedule the appointment. (11252025) Since I had not received a call back for an appointment, I called the Baxter Service center again.. This time someone stated they would transfer me to a service advisor.. the call transferred.. rang for well over 8 times.. then I was disconnected. I called back, this time asking for the Service Manager.. the person stated apparently he was not available. So, long story short.. For over 2 years we have serviced our Subaru at this location, but never again. More
