New Car w/ trade The employees were very welcoming and knowledgeable about the vehicle I was interested in. They allowed me to take the new vehicle home as a loaner v The employees were very welcoming and knowledgeable about the vehicle I was interested in. They allowed me to take the new vehicle home as a loaner vehicle for 48 hours to see how it worked with my day-to-day activities and commute! When I brought my toddler in with me to return the vehicle, they were very understanding and helped with entertaining him as well. I bought a package from Baxter changing oil and rotation, Steve whom is the on whom helped me. I just did my service first time. I had fun! Visited two car dealers yesterday. Village Point Toyota and Baxter Subaru. The experiences were so different. I told both that I was 4-6 months away f Visited two car dealers yesterday. Village Point Toyota and Baxter Subaru. The experiences were so different. I told both that I was 4-6 months away from purchase, but just doing some research and window shopping. I had a particular Toyota in mind, and I asked to test drive one. They put me in a 2017 model with an "As is, no warranty" sticker. When I asked to drive a new model, I was told, "They all pretty much drive the same." No one was rude, but certainly weren't interested in me. Baxter Subaru was consultative, interested, and made me feel valued. The salesman asked me all sorts of questions to evaluate my needs/wants, then made his recommendation and 5 minutes later, I was test-driving a brand new vehicle. Guess which car I plan to buy? More
