Horrible customer service! I called this office to schedule an oil change and the receptionist (Lana?) told me I could be in and out in a matter of minutes and to come on in. I I called this office to schedule an oil change and the receptionist (Lana?) told me I could be in and out in a matter of minutes and to come on in. I arrived less than 10 minutes later just to have the long brown haired receptionist tell me they could not get me in and to come back. I told her that she had she spoken to me on the phone and she said it's "not her problem" after getting smart with me. Very unprofessional lady and very loud and non-educated! I went right down the road to the express oil change where they were both friendly and quick. I will never return to baugh ford and can assure you my family will not either! Hire professional staff! More

Stranded on vacation We were heading to Florida from Ohio in July and broke down. AAA helped us get started and send us to Baugh ford. The mechanic was not on the clock yet, but checked out our truck and got started on it as soon as they opened. They went out of their way to help us. Never been treated so well. Everyone one there did all they could. Thank you all. More
Horrible Service ! Horrible Service! I took My 2016 Shelby GT350 To get Serviced There & They Put a “Defective Oil Filter” on my car. I Lost All Of the Oil As i Was Driv Horrible Service! I took My 2016 Shelby GT350 To get Serviced There & They Put a “Defective Oil Filter” on my car. I Lost All Of the Oil As i Was Driving. Almost Causing me to Wreck Due to Oil Getting on my Rear Wheels. I was able to turn into their Parking lot right when the engine starting Rattling/knocking. I shut the car off instantly & left it there so they could Repair it. They gave me the Car Back 3 Days Later After they “Fixed” a Rattling/knocking Engine. It was Not Fixed At All & i took it back down there & after a long while of waiting they approved to put a new Engine in it but then Tell me that The clutch in the Car was Completely burnt up & needed another one.(I never had any issues with slipping clutch or gears not engaging) but i paid out of pocket for new clutch anyways. They kept the car for a total of 2 Months. The next day after i picked my car up i drove it to work & my Front “shelby” Splitter Was Hanging Down & My A/C Quit Working. So i left work Early the next day So that I could Take it there & Personally Spoke to The Mechanic That worked on it & He told me he might have pinched the Line when he took it off & put it back on but ford wouldn’t cover it & then He Showed me some Scratches under the splitter & said that Due to those Scratches the Clips on the top Were Broken When they took the Splitter off. When i tried to explain to him that if they were Broken the splitter wouldn’t have been holding up before that cause the clips have screws through them, he got an Attitude didn’t say a word & stormed off. I then Talked to The Service Manager & told him it wasn’t Right That I would have to Pay out of pocket for mistakes Caused by somebody Else. His Reaction was the same. Rude attitude & said they were not fixing it & i even told him i didn’t care if they would even Put More Screws in it so that i wouldn’t have to purchase a new one he said they would & they still did not touch it & it flew off on my way home.I even contacted Ford Corporate & they put a “Regional Manager thats over them” to Contact me. He contacted me to tell me he spoke with the Service Manager & that he wishes he had More authority over them but that he could not get them to fix it, Because it worked when i left. Service Manager Even Promised To Pay Car Note while the Car was There & Extended Warranty on it & i never got anything. So Out of This Dealership They Messed Up My Engine, spent $800+ on a clutch, Messed up My AC Line, Ruined My Front splitter, & didn’t Have My Car for 2 Months. More
