All is Well Until the Purchase is Made .... While looking for a new car, there were several phone calls, two visits before the third for the final purchase which was made in cash. Since that time, everyone is just too busy to see me again. I need help with some of the technical features; some are not even set up to operate yet and it has been four months! Have finally had to stop at two other Nissan dealers to answer some questions and got some help from a neighbor. Am also still waiting for a time to set up the extended warranty policy. AND, if the total truth be told, I would be now driving the Nissan Rogue and not the Rogue Sport. But, after asking Corey the same question at least three different times, I was given an untrue answer which determined my final choice. Since that was not a true answer, I am now the owner of a wrong car. I truly feel that I should be offered a free extended warranty just for that factor alone! If a salesman doesn't know the true answer, they should admit the fact and do a detailed look up! When I finally got the car, I asked over the phone about the "lane departure warning" feature and was told that I didn't have it on the Sport. But the brochure clearly states that function is included on the Premium Package SL model and the window sticker says that it is included. So then I'm told that I taught him something. Well, I wasn't in it to be teaching him. Quite the opposite!! I wanted him to be teaching me and I still need it! Just sorry that he has no time for me!! After being put off with a myriad of different excuses for four weeks in a row, I have simply given up! More
