These men have been nothing short of phenomenal in their product knowledge and custemer service. I brought my 2001 20th Anniversary Edition Maxima here to have a routine oil change. When my oil change was performed, the technition added and extra 3/4 quarts of oil. I did not find this out until I retu have a routine oil change. When my oil change was performed, the technition added and extra 3/4 quarts of oil. I did not find this out until I returned home and noticed blue smoke from the exhaust on start-up. During my visit, the tech also stated that my air filter needed to be changed. The filter had been changed by Nissan on my last visit, which was 9,000 miles earlier. My vehicle is garaged and not driven in dusty conditions or on dirt roads (or exposed to any other conditions that may accelerate the need for a new filter) Considering that Nissan recommends that the filter be changed every 30,000 miles I am now skeptical that any of the service items sugguested during my visits here were accurate. I had to return to Nissan to have the oil level issue corrected. There was no dispute that my vehicle had been overfilled. I asked for a refund to compensate me for my time and annoyance. The service manager, Brian, asked the owner, Tony, if he could honor my request. Tony refused, and would only offer a complimentary future oil change. More
