Cheated us into thinking we needed brakes. Got brakes, paid over what was reasonable. $$ wouldn't even show us parts. Never will use them again. Called around after and no other dealers within 50 miles said they'd ever heard of needing brakes at 16,000 miles. Lied to us for sure. Said environmental. No way!! We don't live on the ocean and rarelly drive in snow as we also have a four wheel drive. They wouldn't even look into why or if thus was an anomaly. Corporate was just as bad. Beware!!! More
