Treated like a family friend by Corey I was in the initial stages of terminating a lease. I knew that I didn't want another of what I had. I looked online at a few dealerships for vehicles I was in the initial stages of terminating a lease. I knew that I didn't want another of what I had. I looked online at a few dealerships for vehicles I was considering. The first dealership that I stopped into was Battles Nissan. I was not planning on buying a vehicle that day but rather just starting the process of looking. There I met Corey Amaral. Corey forged a personal relationship with me as we looked at and discussed options. He carefully listened to what I wanted, what my concerns were and understood the complexity of making this decision. He was patient in explaining the process to me although he had to repeat or rephrase the information sometimes multiple times. Corey did this in a way that showed respect and care. He helped me to weigh the pros and cons of the cars I was looking at and I ultimately bought a car with his guidance. Corey made multiple calls and inquiries to find financing that matched what my local credit union was offering. He made or facilitated all of the calls related to the termination of the lease and the procurement of new insurance in order to alleviate my anxiety of initiating phone calls. I had to wait at a few different points during the process and Corey checked in with me often and let me know what was going on. I received a thorough explanation of the paperwork during the actual sale. Questions I had, regardless of whether I had asked them before were answered in detail and in a way that was not rushed. When he delivered the car, Corey took extra time to show me the features of the car and he synced up my phone. I went back on another day and without being asked, he went through the car with me again showing me more of the features. Corey is the only one that I dealt with at the dealership. The person who manages the paperwork for sales was on vacation. He showed competence at both his role as a salesman and as the person who organizes the loans and paperwork. I felt like a family member was attending to my experience. More

Fast Service We had an appt. At 11 AM for an oil change. Then we had to be in Falmouth for a Drs Appt.at 12:20 PM. The gentleman in the Service Dept said it would We had an appt.
