I drove 2 hours to get there and Brent the GSM, did not honor anything I was told over the phone. However, he did try to put me in an alternate car to get me closer to my desired payment. He also came back with multiple offers trying to get my desired payment as close as possible on the car I initially came down for. Lastly, the finance man (Dwight) became extremely rude when we decided not to add the GAP coverage through the dealership and was going to do it through our own insurance.
