Dwon was great to work with! He was very eager to help and willing to go the extra mile! He ensured we had everything we needed and was very patient with the fact we had a toddle He was very eager to help and willing to go the extra mile! He informed me he had worked a deal out with the GSM and I would receive the full $5,000 in discounts as well as "there would be no problem paying my current loan off." I drove 2 hours to get there and Brent the GSM, did not honor anything I was told over the phone. However, he did try to put me in an alternate car to get me closer to my desired payment. He also came back with multiple offers trying to get my desired payment as close as possible on the car I initially came down for. Lastly, the finance man (Dwight) became extremely rude when we decided not to add the GAP coverage through the dealership and was going to do it through our own insurance. He became very unprofessional once we declined. More
