Wasted 2 hours waiting for a vehicle I wanted to see. They had sent it on a trip for something. I only had 30 minutes to check it before having to go. They cleaned it and I came the next day and was not explained what warranty was on the vehicle and did not have anyone go over the sales loan paper and explain all the charges. Finance person had me to sign or autosighn 16 documents with no time to read and didn't tell me or give me information on a service agreement that would have made me reject it. More
