The 4 stars came because Im used to the dealership supplying bags to help gather belongings out of the trade in vehicle, to play in the new vehicle. This dealership did not have that service. More

I was assisted by a gentleman named Tony who was very caring and accommodating from the very beginning. He kept me informed with each step that was being done for my vehicle.
