DO NOT BUY FROM THEM…. I Bought a used 2019 Dodge with only 54k miles on it. 40 minutes after purchase stopped at a gas station on the way home and when I went to start th I Bought a used 2019 Dodge with only 54k miles on it. 40 minutes after purchase stopped at a gas station on the way home and when I went to start the vehicle a super loud squeal and the engine didn’t start obviously it was the starter. I called back and talked to salesperson DaSean and he was absolutely no help basically inexperienced. His Sales Manager (if you could call him that) Anthony basically said too bad you bought it as is. Now mind you this is 40 minutes down the road not 2 weeks or 2 months …. 40 minutes. Anthony is one of the most uncaring individual I have ever talked too.. Basically, the lowest of the low used car salesman the ones when you say used car salesman that you are referring too. Here is why you don’t buy from them.. The General sales manager had ample time to make this right and apparently Brent Tony has better things to do then take care of the customer. More

Made an appointment via Battleground Kia's internet live assistant on a Friday for the next morning at 10 am to view one specific vehicle. I drove an hour and half and when I got there they told me it wasn assistant on a Friday for the next morning at 10 am to view one specific vehicle. I drove an hour and half and when I got there they told me it wasn't available. Wasted 3 hours. More

Consultant spoke to me immediately & gave me info before, during & after my Sportage was serviced & kept me informed about what was being done during the service. It was easy to drive in & my car was waiting during & after my Sportage was serviced & kept me informed about what was being done during the service. It was easy to drive in & my car was waiting for me when the consultant walked me out as he answered my questions. I waited so no transportation was needed. The time to finish paperwork was minimal.
