I recently purchased a used 2025 Kia Soul. I brought it to Battleground KIA for routine maintenance... I chose an oil change package that included topping off my fluids and checking filters. I brought it to Battleground KIA for routine maintenance... I chose an oil change package that included topping off my fluids and checking filters. I spent more that I had planned for the upgraded service. Imagine my surprise when about a week later, someone checked my air filter and cabin filters to find them very dirty. the cabin filter actually had leaves on it. Although the filters were changed by the dealership and they waived labor, I was still charged for the parts. I felt this was not appropriate. It should have been done at no charge. I have absolutely no confidence in the service department at Battleground KIA. More
