Providing truly exceptional customer service is fundamental to our dealership's values, and it causes us great distress to learn that we did not live up to those standards in your case. After researching your transaction, we do see where the Maintenance Plan, which offers numerous advantages such as regular oil changes and tire rotations, was discussed and offered to you. However, documents also show that you opted not to include this plan in your initial purchase. Although we recognize that your total expense reached $29,000, we wish to reassure you that our pricing structures and promotions maintain consistency throughout our establishments regardless of whether customers finance their purchases or pay in full using cash. To make amends for the inconvenience you endured, we have enrolled you into our MyNissan loyalty program as part of our gesture of kindness.
