We had a specific budget, and really wanted a specific model and Michael did everything he could to get the price into our range. He even delivered the vehicle to our house detailed and with a full tank of gas because we were unable to take it home the day we bought it. The whole time we had a rampaging toddler and the entire staff was very understanding and nonjudgemental. The whole family couldn't be happier and will come back for another vehicle, if not stationed elsewhere by then. More

To qualify the aforementioned comment, the wife and I had a fantastic deal (we thought) for a 2018 “4 Runner” with a dealership in a nearby city. And while our way to cement the deal by signing the contract, my wife persuaded me to stop by Bates Nissan and look at their SUVs’. Although we were looking for a 2018 model, Michael’s professional approach and genuined friendly attitude made us feel like we had known him all our lives. He did not pressure us to make a sale, but Michael convinced us into buying a new 2017 luxury upgraded Armada Platinum SUV at virtually the same price of a “2018 4-Runner”.
