The Service Department at Basney Honda is exceptional. During my last visit, Brian determined that my push button starter was causing my engine starting problems, instead of the alternator as I thought. He advised it was under warranty, and that he had the replacement part in stock. It was quickly installed and I was on my way. I have always been very satisfied with all aspects of Basney Honda, from the service advisors to the mechanics, from the parts department to the customer service desk. More
