Call back after leaving messages with service department needs much improvement. Over the past month, I’ve left two messages for what appears to be a default person to call me back as soon as possible. No c needs much improvement. Also, I need to come back in after my last expensive service performed as the Plastic cowling was not properly put back and is loose to the right and left. Will be making an appointment soon to get that fixed. I am satisfied with the work that was done. Just not happy with having to come back and dealing with voicemails that they never responded to. I was very happy pleased with the service here. They kept me informed about the status of my car. They got it done quickly and when I had problems with it they offered to tow it in and get it looke They kept me informed about the status of my car.
