No one called when the car was being looked at even though we had added an extra note on the envelope when we dropped it off the night before. We also had an appointment for 8am and when my husband cal though we had added an extra note on the envelope when we dropped it off the night before. We also had an appointment for 8am and when my husband called at 11am, they hadn't even looked at the van yet. Then, no one called when the vehicle was done, we got a text, but no call. When my husband picked it up, he got paperwork, but nothing was described or gone over. There were over $2000, worth of repairs recommended and nothing was discussed with us. Also, one of the things recommended we had completed not even 2 years ago at the same dealership. All the things recommended are also "red". We are not happy with the service and or lack there of. If those things are "red"/ urgently needing repaired... why did we not get a phone call with recommended services to potentially be completed while out vehicle was there in your hands? More

This is very unprofessional for what should be a professional environment. Matt walked back contained but with a red face and continued to help us. Matt is an ethical and integrity driven man among small men who choose to degrade and scream in order to display power. The car operates flawlessly, Matt was able to help me understand the value in purchasing with Basney Honda which ultimately led me to finding my way back to your dealership.
