Tire repair Traveled to Buffalo area for MAAC swim championships. Tire was going flat and was on Walden ave looking for a repair shore at 7pm. Pulled into Basil Traveled to Buffalo area for MAAC swim championships. Tire was going flat and was on Walden ave looking for a repair shore at 7pm. Pulled into Basil Ford and they were just closing for the day. I spoke to Jose in service and he said no problem bring the vehicle in and he found a nail in the right rear tire. Even though they were done for the day, he had his repair guys stayed longer and they patched and balance the tire and got me and family on our way in less than 20 minutes. Great service and no hesitation on his part or his staff to help me out. Thx Jose and repair guys for going out of your way to help out an out of town traveler! I later found out that my sister buys and services her vehicles at Basil and has a good history with them as well More

With a quick copy of my drivers license, I was test driving my new truck. By the time I returned they had already valued my trade in. I love a good negotiation, as a matter of fact I crave it. Unfortunately, that never came to fruition. The numbers on my trade were exceptional. The price I wanted to pay for the new truck was already quoted on paper. I was signing on the dotted line in record time which left me the entire afternoon to do what I wanted. No fuss. No hassle. That's my kind of buying experience.
