Not satisfied I posted a review to the Dealer's website however they will not post it until they review it to see if it meets their giudelines so therefore I'm goin I posted a review to the Dealer's website however they will not post it until they review it to see if it meets their giudelines so therefore I'm going to post it here. I was satisfied with the work that this dealership did however their communication sucked. They told me several different things about timeframes that did not happen. I went four days without a vehicle and they didn't even tell me that they provide a courtesy shuttle causing me to have to pay for rides and pay for cabs to get back and forth to the dealership. Great experience I originally went in for an oil change. I only had 3 payments left on my lease and was asked if I was interested in talking to someone about a new veh I originally went in for an oil change. I only had 3 payments left on my lease and was asked if I was interested in talking to someone about a new vehicle. With in minutes I was in discussions about lease pull ahead. Everyone was so nice and very considerate as they could see I was in extreme pain. New vehicle later that evening! More

Oil change 10000 mile check up No problem last visit 2 1/2;yrs ago when got another lease was led to believe the remaining 10 months on my original lease would be waived when I leas No problem last visit 2 1/2;yrs ago when got another lease was led to believe the remaining 10 months on my original lease would be waived when I leased the 2016 fusion I later found out that the remaining payments were figured into my new payment. When I brought it up to another salesman I was told the process was not explained properly. Nothing could be done so I was out $3000. More
