I’m not a person that usually likes to give negative feedback but the service her was very poor. To start when I called to make an appointment for an oil change and inspection I was told they do not mak feedback but the service her was very poor. To start when I called to make an appointment for an oil change and inspection I was told they do not make appointment for this type of service, it was first come first serve. When I arrived the gentleman told me it would be about an hour and a half, since I had brought a book with me I figured I wait. I sat for 2 hours before someone came out to tell me what had to be done to pass inspection. They had to replace 2 bulbs, at this point they still had to do the work. So finally 45 minutes later the work was done quite a bit longer than hour and half. It goes on they indicated on my receipt that I would need a needed anew radiator fan belt but would have to order the part and make appointment to have it fixed. Well come to find out when I took it to a very reputable local auto shop the noise was coming from the loose caliper on the left front brake, which is the one they checked for the inspection. I am so sad that they closed the Basil South resale center we bought 6 cars from them and always went their for service, miss all of their staff. More

I went to have my tires switched to the snow tires. Mr. Miechurski was very accommodating and was able to get the tires switched and I was safely on my way!
