Buying a used car all in its self leaves you asking the same question over and over, Is it a lemon? What if I drive off the lot and it breaks down leaving my children and I stranded along a dark road? Am I getting a safe and reliable vehicle that will last for a couple years? Bart's reassured me they would NEVER allow that to happen because they would never sell a lemon to anyone especially, a single lady with children. The Impala that I was interested in blew up the dash board with little red blinking lights that read brake,ABS and service traction control all during a little test drive running down HWY 69. Now, I may be a girl but those three words to me, spell major fail. My salesmen Josh assured me that if I was interested in the car he would make sure all those little red lights would never come on again,not only because he would see to it BUT also it is against the law to sell a car with a bad brake system. Sounds good right????? Told him I would be back on Monday to purchase the car,gave them my cash, signed the paperwork and less then a mile from my home they all came back on. Now here is were the smoke is starting to clear, since then my car has been back to their so called service center 7 times. Not to mention all seven times they had my car at least two weeks every time.. Ok,, I'm not a rocket scientist but if you ask me, I have hardly drove this vehicle to barely burn some rubber off the tires, alone blow up my radiator that has a crack down the side of it. At this point I am being told that I need to replace a $300.00 radiator on a car that I cant even drive. Not to mention the back window seal has been leaking since day one and runs all over my front floor boards adding a wonderful stench to a car that still has bad breaks. And if you cherish your life with any other loved one that may be in your reliable and safe vehicle that you purchased from Barts ( who wont even return any phone calls at this point) don't attempt ANY fast moves trying to beat traffic due to traction control is now in a delayed spinning motion, I guess I can say all those doubts about buying a car by myself made me realize that all gossip about car salesman is really true. End of my story lies with my car has been sitting for two months due to bad breaks, what a peach. More

nice car with hidden $ 10 k structual damage ! we bought a car at barts , because they gave us a very good deal on my 2006 fully loaded and clean hummer h3 ! we got a 2014 dodge grand caravan with we bought a car at barts , because they gave us a very good deal on my 2006 fully loaded and clean hummer h3 ! we got a 2014 dodge grand caravan with 48k miles ! so far all ok ! but when I went to another dealer ( my tire was low on air ) , they found out that car was in a major accident and had a lot of damages ! when we bought the car we saw a " clean Carfax" and we was told it has high milage and 1 owner ! otherwise all is ok ! so, since the car has a " clean" title , they don't have to tell us, that the car was in an accident, even we ask for that ! that was a lie right in our face and for me fraud too ! they sold us a car from a junkyard and charged for a like brandnew car ! carvalue now - 6 to 8 k , charged over 18 k ! would they be honest and told us that car was in an accident , we never bought it ! we would pick another one from ther lot ! we are realy disappointed, specialy , since we got back and talked to them about that issue we have ! no reaction from barts side ! we just got told it was ok not to tell us , the car was in an accident, since it has a clean title ! we don't think so and will do everything to make this so much public, as possible ! More
