Baron Mini's (Kansas City region) maintenance department is wonderful! The service is friendly, professional and timely. Sara is my service advisor and she is great! Excellent experience buying the car, deplorable experience servicing it. In five hours of sitting in their service department waiting area, not once was I approached with an update. Finally, I had experience servicing it. In five hours of sitting in their service department waiting area, not once was I approached with an update. Finally, I had to leave the car. I received the first call from them updating me on the 17th day, after being told it would take four-five days. My calls to them were disconnected or not returned. This is the worst dealership service I’ve ever experienced. More
