Excellent experience buying the car, deplorable experience servicing it. In five hours of sitting in their service department waiting area, not once was I approached with an update. Finally, I had experience servicing it. In five hours of sitting in their service department waiting area, not once was I approached with an update. Finally, I had to leave the car. I received the first call from them updating me on the 17th day, after being told it would take four-five days. My calls to them were disconnected or not returned. This is the worst dealership service I’ve ever experienced. More

Awesome folks - from the man who drives your car to be worked on to the manager. Sara is absolutely amazing and took great care to be sure my husband made it to his doctor's appointment on time. I had to have some extensive work repairs done on my Mini this trip and my dealership took good care of me so I could still get my responsibilities done and I really appreciate that, I even got a chance to e this trip and my dealership took good care of me so I could still get my responsibilities done and I really appreciate that, I even got a chance to experience another style Mini which opened up my eyes to see how much I would like to try another style Mini maybe later on down the line. What I appreciate is the customer service support that I get whenever I need service which is not too often however it is reassuring to me that when I need service I can always count on excellent quality, reliable services and reasonable prices in a reasonable time frame. More
