I have never had such GREAT customer service! Jack went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. He spent hours with the warranty company and when they denied the claim, he took it upon Jack went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. He spent hours with the warranty company and when they denied the claim, he took it upon himself to make an inspector come out and the claim was finally approved. Jack continually kept me informed the thriugh the whole process.With everything that needed to be fixed, I still had my car back in a week! I was given a courtesy car for the week as well. Highly recommend! More
This is my first Mini- a used 2013 Cooper S- and they treat me and my car like I purchased it new from their dealership.
