My car was towed to Barker’s so I did not see them personally. My battery died at the grocery store, it was jumped started and I got home, my grandson purchased a new battery and installed it. Next morning it would just click whe I tried to start, they found one hose was not connected to starter and alternator was lose connection to the 300amp fuse on battery block. I just thought $139.91 charge was extremely high for correcting this. More

Don't pay the high price. I thought the service would be around 550 and came in well over 750. They said that the connectors to my airbag sensor had corrosion and extra labor to clean and reconnect. be around 550 and came in well over 750. I suspect that this could be why my airbag light came on and off which I told them when I brought it in. My gut says that I think the sensor was not broken and since they had the sensor part which was over 300 just put it on and charged me for it and for the extra labor to clean the connectors. Just my gut feeling. No one called to let me know it was going to cost quite a bit more and wasn't till it was done did I find out the added costs. This is why we don't trust mechanics and dealers.
